SVOd is a hub for sonic knowledge, unifying diverse vectors of sound research. The central goal of the center is to shape public understanding of the role sound and sound recording can play in the contemporary world.
ABRISY is a series of expeditions organized by SVOd to collect a digital archive of sound recordings from endangered forests and a space of five sound points where one can hear the sounds of forests—places we are very unlikely ever to visit.
