The fast pace of modern life often leads to irregular physical activity: people start exercising sporadically, quickly lose motivation, and revert to their former lifestyles. Within the BeFit project, we aim to solve this problem by creating a system that helps users gradually incorporate sports and healthy habits into their daily routine.
The project’s mission is to make regular physical activity an accessible, understandable, and sustainable part of people’s lives. The project’s main focus is not just on workouts, but on forming a long-term habit system supported by digital tools and a community of like-minded individuals.

On May 31, 2025, the startup BeFit was selected as one of the top ten technological startups at HSE, and I introduced it on stage at the university’s business forum. The forum serves as a platform for presenting promising student startups to representatives from the entrepreneurial community, investors, and venture industry experts. As part of the event, the university’s ten best projects had the opportunity to present their ideas to a jury comprised of partners from leading venture capital funds and practicing entrepreneurs.

I am the founder and director of the startup BeFit, overseeing key areas of project development. As part of the project preparation and participation in the business forum, I undertook the following work.
Concept Development for the Project. I formulated the core idea of the startup, defined the project’s mission, and established the product’s key value proposition for users. The BeFit concept is based on integrating workouts, a habit-building system, and a supportive community.
Preparation of the Startup Presentation. For participation in the business forum, I prepared a pitch presentation for the project, which included a description of the problem, the proposed solution, market analysis, and product development strategy.
Public Project Presentation. During the forum, I presented the BeFit startup on the HSE stage before an expert jury, investors, and business representatives, detailing the project’s concept and its future development prospects.
A key outcome was the project’s placement in the top 10 technological startups of HSE University, which allowed it to be presented at the business forum stage before an expert jury and representatives of the entrepreneurial community.
Participation in the event allowed me to: — receive professional feedback from business and venture industry representatives — test the project presentation before an expert audience — increase the startup’s visibility within the university’s entrepreneurial community — define future directions for product development
For me, as the project founder, participating in the forum was a crucial milestone in developing entrepreneurial competencies, including strategic thinking, public speaking, and startup project management.
