Since September, Peter’s University has organized several significant events for the university in which I participated as a volunteer.
I was recently participating in the university’s Open Day at the Kanatny Tsekh, where I presented our «Design» educational program at the booths.
My responsibilities included:
1. Answering questions from prospective students and their parents about our educational programs. 2. Coordinating enrollment pathways (Unified State Exam + Portfolio Review and Olympiads). 3. Distributing brochures and student work from the School of Design. 4. Assisting visitors with navigating the campus.
Additionally, I volunteered at the bottom of the St. Petersburg HSE campus! This is the main autumn celebration marking the start of the academic year and the official welcoming ceremony for first-year students. My responsibilities included:
1. navigation;
2. invitations for lectures;
3. assisting with presentations and microphones during the Public Talk!
lectures where I invited guests and helped them navigate
The main result of my work was helping to create an open and welcoming atmosphere at events, alongside providing organizational and informational support to the attendees!
