About the Project
YARD is a gastronomic cluster for launching and testing new restaurant concepts, operating as a test-drive venue where new establishments launch for short periods in a pop-up event format instead of long-term leases in a single location.

Opening your own restaurant today is a long, expensive, and psychologically daunting undertaking. Any original concept is impossible to test in real-world conditions without risking years of your life and all your personal savings.
What if we could test the idea first?

How does it work?
(1) The chef receives a professional kitchen. (2) They launch a temporary restaurant. (3) They test the concept on real guests. (4) They gather an audience and evaluate the potential for growth.
An additional driving factor is the possibility of integrating a culinary reality show.
What if the concept doesn’t work?
The space and kitchen remain. Only the resident and the restaurant inside change.
