Designers and developers don’t talk. So products ship late — and look nothing like the mockup.
I’m Viktoria. I design and build digital products end-to-end: one person, one process, no handoff. For early-stage teams that need to move fast.

A product designer who codes.
I’m a 4th-year Design & Programming student at HSE University. I work where interface design meets front-end: Figma on one screen, React on the other.
The product you approve in the mockup is the product that ships.

Product concept

Problem: Freelance marketplaces connect people for one-off transactions, but don’t help them reach a goal together. Solo founders lose momentum and abandon projects.
Idea: Rethink the model as a collaboration platform where like-minded people reach goals together through short sprints.
Solution: Designed; make.Meet (2nd iteration): sprint mechanics, partner matching, and a 12-slide pitch deck (problem → mechanics → competitors → business model → roadmap).
Result: A validated product concept with a clear business model and 2 full iterations — proof of end-to-end product thinking from research to roadmap.
Sprintly
Media service + branding
Problem: Agile life planning sounds useful, but most productivity products feel rigid and stressful — and fail to explain the method.
Idea: Build a media service that makes agile life simple — focusing on short sprints and flexibility instead of strict daily routines.Solution: Designed the full brand system (style guide, merch) and a landing page that explains the method through a clear article structure (steps / top lists / personal stories).
Result: A complete brand-and-product system with one visual language across content, landing, and merch. Created 15 articles and 20 design assets built as a single experience.

Web service · UI/UX + Front-end
Problem: Students face high academic stress and burnout. Existing self-help tools feel too clinical, overwhelming, or disconnected from a student’s daily routine.
Idea: Create a supportive web service with regular state-of-mind check-ins and personalized recommendations, using a soft, calming visual language to reduce anxiety.
Solution: Designed the full UI/UX (information architecture, screen flows, visual identity) and built the front-end, turning the concept into a fully responsive web application.
Result: A live, functional product ready for users. Shipped a working front-end with 10 key screens, proving that the interface looks exactly as designed, with no handoff losses.

Faster. One process, one point of contact, fewer meetings.
