WHO IS THE INDIVIDUAL FOR A RESIDENTIAL HOME

The house is designed for one person—a young architect, a 20-year-old woman. She values tranquility, solitude, and proximity to nature, and she engages in drawing, sculpture, and sports.
She works from home, so she requires space for client meetings, project discussions, and presenting her work.
She enjoys hosting friends and relatives: the house is suitable for both small gatherings and large parties, and two guest rooms allow overnight stays.
In the long term, there is the possibility of adapting the house for shared living with a future family. A red cat lives with her.
