At the center of the narrative is a neighborhood slated for renovation—a place that risks either disappearing or undergoing radical transformation soon. The impulse to create the zine stemmed from an overwhelming desire to capture this precarious state on the brink of decay.

the space responds to these impending changes—it preemptively fragments, decomposes into pieces, shatters, and disassembles. This happens without the involvement of dismantlers, fragmenters, or breakers.
It deforms at various levels due to encroaching time—time that unequivocally belongs to neither the past nor the future. The flow of time becomes visible, illuminating traces perceptible to the human eye that testify to spatial shifts that have already occurred and those that are only about to happen. This is a new reality—a fragmented, non-dense, unstable reality that has not yet fully materialized, yet distinctly self-manifests—in advance, ahead of time.
