MGSU Technopark on Vorobyovy Gory is an innovation cluster within the sphere of influence of the Stalinist skyscraper. The Vitberg Column is located on this historic site. The architectural challenge is to delicately integrate the contemporary complex into the landscape, preserving the grandeur of MGSU and the views of the Moskva River. The ensemble of six buildings, separated by four-meter gaps, creates the effect of an urban canyon, and the panoramic glazing contrasts with the monolithic stonework of the high-rise. The strategic goal is to create a world-class innovation ecosystem for breakthrough scientific and technological development.

Термин Гнозис — он описывает в осмысление, восприятие и идентификацию объектов.
