The poster was created for a jazz trio concert featuring Vyacheslav Gaivoronsky, Andrey Razin, and Petr Ivshin at the KC «Dom» on September 30th of this year. The main concept of the project is to convey the feeling of musical improvisation, a core principle of jazz.
The poster creation process took place in two stages. First, we listened to excerpts from concerts by Gaivaronsky and Razin and selected photographs from our personal archives. Then, we structured a grid and printed the photograph onto colored paper along with it.

After this, letters were printed on self-adhesive paper, and the second layer of the poster was formed using these, along with tape.

In my poster, typography personifies the residents on the balconies and in the windows of an apartment building. We never know what any of them do—we are merely external observers who can only catch glimpses of a single family story. This evokes in the viewer the idea of spontaneity and improvisation.
