BASEMENT FEST — an Afro-music festival by the local African community in Moscow
The core concept of the project was to evoke the feeling of an underground gathering within a small community united by a love for modern Afropop music. In the print design, it was crucial to convey a sense of dynamism, assertiveness, bold typographic choices, and the vibrancy of the event.

The design objective was to make the festival a memorable and appealing event—one that would make people eager to attend just by looking at the ticket and invitation.
As part of the festival preparation, I worked on creating custom lettering for the tickets and badges using a modified typeface, and I developed vibrant and memorable graphic design materials centered on the contrast of colors, sizes, and font weights.
